Our Staff

Qualified Volunteers from the Oromo Community

Valid Working with Children Checks

Most staff are qualified volunteers from the Oromo community, all holding valid Working with Children Checks. The school supports their growth with ongoing training to ensure quality and safety in education delivery.

Empowering Future Leaders Through Community Engagement

Community engagement is at the heart of our leadership mentorship program, where older students are empowered to take on volunteer roles. Through this initiative they receive the training and support needed to mentor younger peers, fostering a sense of responsibility and connection within the school and the broader community. By encouraging participation and collaboration, we aim to create a vibrant environment where everyone can contribute positively and grow together.
