Cancellation Policy
Enrollment & Cancellation Policy We are committed to providing quality education and ensuring a smooth learning experience for all our students. Please review the following policy regarding enrollment and cancellations: Enrollment Terms Rolling Enrollment: Student enrollments automatically continue from one term to the next unless formally canceled. Annual Re-Enrollment: All students must complete re-enrollment at the beginning of each academic year to secure their place. Risk of Cancellation: Enrollments are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date. Please ensure timely payments to avoid disruptions. Class Schedule Classes are held every Saturday. No classes will be held on public holidays or Islamic holidays. Payment Policy Fees vary by term length and selected payment plan. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make-up classes are not available for missed sessions. Special Consideration If a student is unable to attend for six (4) or more consecutive weeks due to a verified medical reason, a credit may be issued towards the following term. Supporting documentation may be required.
